  The fries were so salty it was inedible. We had to throw two large baskets away.

  I visited on Sunday, 4/26/26 at 10:57 AM and was very disappointed to find the doors weren’t open and no one was there. I had actually started placing an order through the app and made it all the way to checkout without any alert that the store was closed. Since I was nearby, I decided to just order in person instead, but there was also no signage on the door indicating the store was closed. I understand that staffing can be tough, but a little communication goes a long way. I hope this isn’t a common occurrence however, I think it’s very appropriate to leave a review so that other people aren’t as disappointed as I was today.

  Just go to the one on Derita Rd instead! This one is sloowww & customer service is nonexistent. I placed an order for a 8 pc boneless wing combo at this store on 4/25. Got order confirmation that my order would be ready in 7-12 mins later. I showed up at the store 16 mins later… order was not ready. There were ~15 other people inside waiting for their food and another half dozen outside waiting also. I sat down & waited another 30 mins and my order still had not been called. I went to the counter to request a refund and again gave my name, manager told me “oh your order has been ready!” Points to it sitting over on their pickup shelf. Mind you, no one had called out my name or the names of any of the other orders waiting on the pickup shelf. I know what you’re thinking… but the pickup shelf is behind the counter so it’s no accessible to customers. The only way to know your order is ready is if they call your name. I said I didn’t want it as me & the order had both been sitting there for 30 mins (46 mins if you count from the time of order). She said she would have to send the issue to her district manager in order to get my money refunded. To her credit, she did follow up to let me know once the charge had been refunded. But still… Going forward I will take the 3 extra minutes to visit the Concord mills store on Derita Rd instead.

  Shante the store manager was working alone and you would think she had a full staff. Clean, concise and kind was my experience. Much appreciated.

  Black lady (huge) seems like the manager, was yelling at one of the the black male employees while me and a few other customers were waiting on our orders. Based off her tone she seems like she yells at everyone there. Seems like a hostile environment with her being there. Very unprofessional is there not an office for them to communicate instead of yelling with customers inside? Other than that my food was cooked to perfection good job night cook!
