  They are mad stingy with the ranch. Every time i pay for ranch i dont get any. Top of the order in bold says 2 ranches. Instead i got mad ketchup and zero ranch. Food is good but dang. $1.50 for ranch is wild.

  This was my second time eating here, and it will definitely be my last. My first order was horrible because the wings were hard and old. I decided to give them another chance today and ordered lemon pepper wings. They put so much seasoning on them that they were completely inedible.When I took them back to request a replacement, it took over 30 minutes just to get my food back. After waiting that long, you would expect the food to be fresh and hot, but it wasn't.The environment inside is completely unprofessional and uncomfortable:Poor Sanitation: Workers were touching their personal cell phones and earbuds, and then touching the food without proper hygiene. The store itself was dirty.Unprofessional Appearance: The staff walked around with their pants hanging below their waists, exposing their underwear.Inappropriate Environment: They were playing loud music that does not belong in a family-oriented restaurant.No Leadership: It was impossible to tell who the manager was because there was absolutely no structure. Employees were just doing whatever they wanted.Trying to get a proper order corrected in this environment sent my anxiety through the roof. I will be taking my money elsewhere to an establishment that values cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service. Avoid this place.

  Went here to get wings about 2 weeks ago around 11:10 pm light on open late sign on . Ask if they were still making wings one guy said no . I thought they were open to 12 . But maybe they had a rough day. Will try again sometime in the near future
