  Came to wingstop from ordering online. Food was old and fries were extremely salty.. i asked for fresher food and I guess that pissed all the workers off.. except the girl working at the counter. The lady tried to be funny. My food still came out old and hard like they refried the same tenders.. please learn constructive criticism!!!!! The older lady acted like a child. Won’t be back

  They makes the order as ready quick, so I arrived and waited almost 10 mins for it the cashiers demeanor is not good and her hair is down… they messed up my groups order as well and we were missing stuff we paid for.

  Missing my ranch and I didn’t even receive any napkins order a DoorDash late but still could’ve received my ranch ….

  I think yall need to hire new people! As soon as I walk in the boy at the register looks high and aggravated . The place is not clean. Then when I get home. My order is wrong!!! I order 15 boneless for my kid and only got 10. Not even worth going back for 5 wings. Like how are you this new and already messing up! Smh!

  The night staff is disrespectful, and I hope corporate can come in and make some changes. They wanted to play with me and act as if they didn't give me the wrong order. The wings I received were plain, but they said that was the new sauce. There was no sauce at all on the wings. One worker walked away, while one stayed at the counter, asking me, “Well, what do you want us to do about it?” I paid $40 for nothing. I don’t know why these people are so weird, I don't usually make complaints but I hope some changes are made.
