    Asked when I ordered to make sure the wings this time have thr bare minimum of seasoning..as you can see the samething happened along with the fries..they both naked. NO SEASONING =WHY BUY IT

    not appropriate to serve . Looks weird . The bones sticking out ew. Also the wings tasted old, like they had been sitting . Over fried . Everything was terrible .

    Everyone needs training. We never come here and won't be back. Ordered 30 wings for pick-up at 10:40pm. Order said to be ready in 15 min. We go for pick-up and wait. When we finally get our food at 11:30, 4 others get there food before us after ordering at register. We had to ask for our ranch and lemonade (didn't evdn have it) after getting the wings bc no one bothered to check on the order. Girl look confused at register, couldn't bother to check in. Cook had the nerve to tell us that the dining room needs to be closed up 5 min after getting our order eating our wings, then procedes to make indirect digs at our grievances with a customer. The meal was not bad at all, the service was disgusting on all levels. Cook picks and chooses who should eat first, even checked our order ready for pick-up and name off the board when it was not even assembled. Will not be back.

    Absolutely awful. Ordered food for pickup, got home and missing half the order. Called and finally got an answer that the order would be remade. But they all acted confused, no wonder the order was wrong. We called prior to coming back, yet when we got there still had to wait 20 minutes for them to fix the order. Another person came in with a wrong order too, seems to be a common occurrence there. You can clearly tell based off interactions there the staff doesn’t care. No Apology for the mess up, or anything.

    I came here today to get dinner to treat my kids. I noticed right away that no one wore gloves and then a couple employees were on their phones including a cook. He was opening a box and touching the refrigerator after checking his phone, then went back to making the food. I was already uneasy about that, then the cooks hat fell off into the fries and then he proceeded to bag the fries for an order that definitely looked like mine. I kindly asked for a new order of fries due to the hat falling in them. He said it wasn’t my order of fries it fell into, but even if it wasn’t, they should have been trashed regardless due to the hat touching the food. He threw them out and someone else got me a new order. He proceeded to talk about it out loud in annoyance to another cook while I’m standing there. I let him know I could hear him and it was unprofessional that he is talking about me where I can hear it. He could have waited until I left to express his feelings. So he proceeded to tell me that I was listening too hard and he wasn’t speaking to me. He then asked why was I paying attention so hard to what he was doing. I calmly stated I am feeding this food to my children and I would like clean food if he doesn’t mind. Especially when no gloves are used in the kitchen and employees are on their cell phones I am going to pay close attention to how my food is prepared if I can see it. I’m pretty sure anybody else would as well. This is my second time ordering from this location, and it has just been unprofessional from start to finish. I shouldn’t have have to ask for new fries when something unsanitary happened to them by a cook. Now I know why it took me so long to go back and I definitely will not be returning. I would rather spend my money elsewhere, where at least the customer service is decent and Employees are not rude, disrespectful and visually unsanitary to the public. Was the food good? It was decent, but not great. The whole experience wasn’t worth it.
