  Brooke is a staff member who is very knowledgeable in serving the community where UPS Store is located my mom and I are very grateful to had the pleasure to met and let her serve us with her sincere passion to serve her community, us and learning a little bit about Brooke’s ability to go beyond her usual duties to make projects have the credit it deserves based on the story it’s displaying.

  Since I moved to Ballantyne, the UPS store has made my life so simple. From where I lived from, it took forever to get packages mailed/sent and did jot have a lot of customer service. Since loving here to Ballantyne, the customer service at this UPS store has been wonderful!!

  The best UPS store in town don’t go anywhere else. This is the best. They are amazing with Amazon returns and helping me with every single thing I do.

  Brooke has been amazing throughout this whole journey with my packages. I accidentally put the wrong address and she kept up with my packages from start to finish. She has been in GREAT communication && very on top of things to make sure my experience was great ! I couldn’t have picked such a better store and a better worker than BROOKE ! She’s wonderful at her job. From the respect , to communication, to the consistency. She’s been on top and I’m so very thankful for the experience I had with her .

  Amazing customer service! I got there right after they closed, and they were kind enough to reopen the door so I could return an item and ship a package. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. Really appreciate their kindness—highly recommend this UPS Store!
