  Like many other reviews from this store Amazon doesn’t tell the customers that you can’t ship in a “product” box. It has to be the Amazon box or you’ll need to buy one from them. No problem. My issue was the manager working 08/21 around 6:30pm. She’s not professional at all. I’m curious about UPS core values because she handled my issue terribly!! I asked Reshma (maybe new) why I couldn’t use the box I had? She just kept saying because the QR code says “customer packed” I was like okay it’s in a box and I can use or buy some tape, isn’t that “customer packed”? She still just kept saying the same thing. The manager heard the issue and rudely cut both of us off and said “we can’t take that box” ? And sat at the computer offering ZERO help at first. Any reasonable person wants to know WHY?? because I literally had a “box” and the product with the QR code like Amazon advised (no label needed). I had to google to get my answer which basically said it has to be a “shipping box, not the actual “product box” (this is mainly because product boxes get damaged easily and not considered a “shipping box”) FYI Amazon doesn’t tell customers! But by her response she gets this often which means she could’ve explained better if she was going to cut us off or at least tell me my options !! I had to keep asking her and showing her a few times what was being presented by Amazon. I genuinely didn’t know! She turned her back and couldn’t even make eye contact the first few times I asked her questions. She did not care ! And had no willingness to help with my issue. I was completely clueless in that store until she decided to help the lady at the register. After she took her personal phone call! I will thank Reshma because she helped! But if that’s the leadership UPS stands by, the core values are set very LOW!..manager or not! She could’ve did better.

  I drove around town to a few different locations before I found this one. My package had valuables in it and I honestly didn't trust the vibes I was getting from other location. Right away, the vibe in here was better without unhappy customers or a sketchy vape shop next to many of the other places. Next to this spot are 2 dentistry and a chiropractor office. It just feels way safer. Thank you!

  I go there at least once a week. Always busy. The notary is very professional and nice. The line is long but moves extremely quick
