  If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. This is, without a doubt, the worst UPS Store I have visited anywhere in the United States. The location is in Pineville, in the shopping center with Walmart, Staples, Dollar Tree, PopShelf, and Burlington. The experience was unsettling from the moment I walked in. I had a simple question about an Amazon return, and the first employee I approached looked annoyed that I even asked. His response was, “I’m with a customer. Can you wait?” It wasn’t what he said it was the dismissive, irritated way he said it that made me feel like I was bothering him. When it was my turn, another employee, who appeared to be the owner, didn’t even acknowledge my greeting. I said, “Good afternoon,” and received no response. Instead, he looked at me as if I was interrupting him simply by being there. The atmosphere in this store is incredibly unwelcoming. No one smiled, no one seemed interested in helping customers, and both employees had expressions that made the environment feel hostile and intimidating. I honestly left feeling uncomfortable and, surprisingly, a little shaken. Customer service is about making people feel welcome and respected. Unfortunately, this location did the exact opposite. I would not recommend this UPS Store to anyone.

  I had to return a ridiculously large package. As I struggled toward the store, the associate appeared at just the right moment to open the door for me. It was a very thoughtful gesture and just the kind of customer service that elevates your store. I’m so sorry I didn’t get his name but this happened on 5/19/26 at approximately noon. Excellent experience!

  Best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS store. I had a complicated printing request and Kea went above and beyond to make sure that request was fulfilled to my expectations. I will definitely be returning to this store for any and all of my printing needs! Thanks again Kea and team!
