    Worked with this location to print off brochures for a senior night recognition. They made an error and printed the same page twice which was identified 15 minutes before the event started. They agreed to reprint the publications, but when I went to pick them up, the gentleman was extremely unfriendly. Seems like he didn’t understand that they made the error not us! I would choose another location! Not good for the UPS store brand.

    I have a package scheduled for delivery to that location. The truck arrives consistently to deliver packages, and I don't consider this a bother for UPS staff. In fact, it saves them a trip to my place. It’s convenient for me, and they charge only five dollars. However, from one week to the next, they doubled their fee to ten dollars just to watch my package for an hour or so—that’s unacceptable. They’ve lost a customer over this.
