    If zero was an option my rating would be zero. This store completely failed to take responsibility for their failure. I have received many packages via a mailbox at this store for over a decade. Recently, this store failed to deliver a package of considerable value to me. Fedex confirmed the delivery and the store logged receipt. Unfortunately they never gave the package to me. When I inquired, they simply said we already gave it to you. They have repeated this claim and made no offer to remedy the situation. No phone calls, no discussion, just an email that says “we told you we gave it to you”. You find out about customer service under extraordinary circumstances. This store completely failed at great expense to me.

    I have always loved this place, but what happened today was completely unacceptable. On April 22 at around 2:30 PM, I came in for a notary service. I was calmly speaking with another employee and following her instructions to print a document. Suddenly, another staff member approached me and started yelling at me to “get out” without any explanation. I was not causing any disturbance, I was properly dressed, and I had not interacted with her at all. I was simply doing what I was told by another employee. What made the situation even more shocking is that she escalated the situation and called the police. I still do not understand why I was treated this way. This was extremely humiliating and completely unprofessional. I was so shaken that I had to sit in my car afterward for a long time just to calm down. After I got home, I tried to calmly explain to the office how distressing this situation was for me. Instead of any understanding or apology, I received a response placing the blame on me and suggesting that I should reflect on my own behavior. So not only was I yelled at and humiliated in person, but I was also dismissed and blamed afterward. I did nothing wrong. I was calm, respectful, and simply following instructions. No customer deserves to be treated this way. I expect management to take this situation very seriously and review what actually happened, including the security footage.

    I had a very disturbing experience at this location. On April 22 around 2:30 PM, I came for a notary service and was calmly speaking with another employee who was assisting me. Without any prior interaction, another staff member approached me aggressively, raised her voice, and told me to leave without any clear reason. I was not causing any disturbance and was simply following instructions given by the staff. Despite that, the situation escalated, and the employee called the police. This was extremely stressful and humiliating. I had to sit in my car afterward to calm down. I hope management reviews this situation seriously, including security footage, because no customer should be treated this way.

    The woman working the evening shift on 4/15/26 was one of the rudest employees I've encountered. She rushed through my Amazon returns as if my presence was offensive and snapped at me if I couldn't find the QR codes quickly enough for her. I would smile between each transaction and ask to verify which package she was on, only to be met with a curt, "Next!" and a scowl. The behavior displayed was truly unacceptable towards anyone, regardless of whether they were an employee or a customer or a stranger on the street. It was demeaning and uncouth. Of course she refused to take any extra boxes because in her words, "We have too many." This location has a long way to go if they want to be as esteemed as the UPS Store on Selwyn Ave!

    Scheduled an appointment for a notary, but when I arrived the owner decided to "take the day off" and no one else could notarize. Why have the ability to schedule appointments if you're not going to abide by them?
