  I don’t know what it is about this location, but the staff are always dismissive, rude, preoccupied, and unwilling to help. The seventh Street and Hawthorne location is infinitely better and the Arboretum location is also better.

  I rarely go out of my way to write a negative review, but this was the worst experience at any UPS store I’ve ever been to. Two women were behind the counter doing nothing. No one else was in the store. I brought 3 small Amazon items to return and one woman says, do you have more than 3 things because if you do I’m sending you over there. I said over where? And she pointed to the self serve kiosk (which I did not see). She then rudely said, “you have all your barcodes ready to go?” It took about 10 seconds to pull it up and she sighed and was visibly annoyed. I asked a question about another return and she said, I don’t know anything about Amazon. I had a fax to send but didn’t dare ask her to do it. I went to my usual UPS store on Rea Rd where I always get excellent customer service. Will never return here again and will encourage my family and friends to skip this location too.

  Advertise they have a notary services but no notary there. Having a bit of an attitude about it as well....

  The item shipped was returned with no contact via phone or any other way to the delivery address! This location or UPS Customer Service did not care about the experience nor made any attempts to fix the issue! We ended up resending the package through USPS!

  Whomever the female is in this store, Dena I believe her name is has terrible customer service, very rude.
