  I’ve never had any issues when making Amazon returns here, just scan the QR codes and go! I’ve done some basic printing too and the staff has always been helpful!!

  To the UPS owner clearly placing positive reviews in contradiction to the true ones: wouldn’t it better to just address the problem? I rarely post negative reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. My visit to UPS today was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in late this afternoon with several overdue Amazon returns and a UPS birthday package to my twin nephews that I had left home to mail only days after my current breast cancer surgery just days after. Before even looking at my items, the employee immediately snatched the box assuming it was for Amazon. After explaining it was infect a pkg he mumbled I should’ve been more prepared before entering the store. I remained calm and expecting his manager to address HIM but she only escalated it by supporting his behavior and adding her own thoughts. Both the employee and manager became increasingly rude, dismissive, and confrontational repeating the same thing over and over purposely to drown out what I was trying to explain as I said I understood the store policy, The behavior continued to escalate from there. What should have been a simple interaction escalated unnecessarily. The manager repeatedly sighed, spoke to me condescendingly, and she too made inappropriate remarks under her breath. Both employees continually talked over me, rolled their eyes, and acted as though my asking to assist securing the box and not having my Amazon returns prepare was a major inconvenience on the side of the counter as they helped other people, I’ve worked in customer service and event planning for over 25 years, so I fully understand stressful days and difficult customers. But this was not that. The hostility was present before I even walked through the door, and the level of disrespect shown to me as both an older adult and a customer was unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it’s clear this was not an isolated incident. Anyone who knows me knows I’m extremely patient and respectful toward service workers, which is exactly why this experience was so disappointing.

  Every time I’m in there it’s been in and out very fast. So I don’t get the negative reviews. Maybe I come at the right time every time. But yeah I have 0 complaints.

  I have been using this location for 5 years, and they’re very helpful with all my shipping needs. I appreciate being able to print there as well. Not sure why the reviews are low, but I have always had a fast and excellent experience at this UPS store.
