  Walked in this morning and was pleasantly greeted by Anthony. I explained that I am not a frequent shipper and needed help figuring out what I needed to do and needed to know the best way to ship. He patiently listened and got everything set up for me. Took a lot of stress off of me! Many thanks, Anthony!

  Notary Service was very overpriced. They charged $60. He notarized 2 pages but charged 20 for each witness signature on the page as well. Won't be back to this location for notary service.

  The gentleman who has long hair has a very terrible attitude. He has no customer service skill whatsoever. He doesn’t greet customers nor he has any patience. He acts as though you are burdening him. I spoke to the manager and told him about my experience with this employee. I will never use the service again at this location. This is the second encounter I had with this employee.

  Terrible service. The staff is incredibly condescending, they treat every basic request as if they’re doing you a massive favor for free. Unprofessional and unwelcoming.
