  Judging from the recent complaints, my experience makes sense now. I just moved to the state and this location was the closest for amazon returns. I was met with the rudest person serving me, who kept rushing me to find the QR code for return. I have a disability dealing with short term memory issues and at every turn this man kept interrupting my process of finding each QR code stating this is Elizabeth. Not sure what he meant by that and continuously asked if I was "doing transactions," on my phone to which I replied-NO. I am simply looking for the QR code so you can scan and process the return. I kept asking him to give me a second. I told him he was being very rude to which he replied in a loud voice-"Thank you!" I'm curious to know if this location is aware of Americans with Disabilities Act and what the penalties are for discrimination while operating as a business. If dealing with the public is not for you, you ought to find another line of business to operate in and a little humility.

  It can get busy but the staff have always been very nice and calming. The last time I was there, a brunette gentleman had me in stitches. Solid deadpan. I hope he moonlights as a stand up comedian.

  Some of the people are nice so this review is not a reflection on the entire staff. They told me they’d refund me for not delivering my overnight package on time. They never actually filed the claim even though I called 4 times about it. Had me running in circles the last two months. Now my refund eligibility has passed and they won’t help me!! Was able to contact the corporate UPS who told me to reach out to their HQ to discuss the store’s actions since the store is not cooperating with me and get my refund that way. So we’ll see!!

  Employee 306055 was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I hauled in a 90 pound return, only to be greeted with a pointed finger at the desk. Done, fine. No words for two minutes until that same hand wagged me forward. The box needed a total of four lines of tap and I explained that. The employee explained it would need to be charged. I didn’t love that for a line of tape but fine. However because of my questioning he ended up charging me 6 dollars for a few lines of tape. Will avoid the apathetic and misanthropic staff here in the future.
