  This is the closest UPS to me so I tried conducting business here twice in the past month, one for notary service on a Saturday and one for a store drop-off return on a Sunday. I don’t know all the ins and outs of UPS as I don’t use their services often. Both times I was treated rudely and they were very dismissive since I didn’t sign my documents in advance for them to be notarized the first time (due to my documents stating that we had to sign the documents in front of the notary) and the second time the return label I affixed to the package was missing some information at the bottom they said. All that was needed was a little kindness & guidance. The 1st time the store was busy so I gave them grace and gave it a second chance in which they weren’t busy this time but both times I was treated poorly as if I was a burden. My experience was so bad that I went to the UPS in Matthews which is way farther but the customer service was worth the drive. I will continue to drive the distance if I ever need to use UPS services again.

  Went in to scan a document and it was a couple people in front the girl (I think jeneva) she was fast and polite even while managing herself

  This veteran owned UPS store was discovered by accident but so glad we found. It’s open 7 days per week. They have a quick process for print services. Chris M. was working when we arrived and he was able to help with notary services last minute. Chris was also friendly. Very good experience overall.

  Just came here today on 7/18 and after having a bad experience with a notary earlier this week.. I’m glad I came here. The gentleman that helped me was Chris and he was knowledgeable and kind. My son is flying out today and I needed paperwork notarized and had been given the run around earlier this week.

  I had to return At&t equipment and the process took 2 minutes. The gentleman was very quick and polite.
