  I took my Amazon packages--4 to be exact to this UPS store at the Arboretum. I have never done the self-serve kiosk there before. It appears it is the only option in this store if you are returning Amazon. I did have a few questions since I have never done this before, and I was met with an attitude by a young blonde girl behind the counter. My husband said when he returned some Amazon packages at this location he was met with the same attitude from a young blonde girl-probably the same one. If this location wants to take returns from Amazon, is it too much to ask to have someone cordial behind the counter! We will be going to another UPS store for future returns. They have always been cordial and helpful to us each time we have been in there--and I don't think they have a kiosk in their store--which is a plus!!!

  I stopped by last week to drop off a package and as I was leaving, Phillip started mumbling and displaying an attitude. When I asked what the problem was, his explanation was that I "wasn't nice to the lady who was leaving the store." Seriously? Instead of focusing on helping customers, he's apparently appointed himself the store's self-proclaimed etiquette police. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. I've had similar interactions with Phillip before and chose to ignore them, hoping it was just an off day. At this point, however, it seems less like a bad day and more like a consistent lack of professionalism. I come to your store to drop off packages, not to receive unsolicited personality reviews from an employee with an attitude problem. This interaction was completely inappropriate, unnecessary, and frankly embarrassing for your business. I would suggest to spend less time policing customer behavior and more time learning how to interact with customers professionally.

  As a fellow small business owner, consistency matters—and this team delivers every single time. I’ve continued using this UPS store over the past couple of years for flyers, printing, and mailing, and the experience has always been excellent. Jai, and the team are incredibly welcoming and genuinely care about customer service. They make the process easy, are always willing to help, and go the extra mile to get things right. Running a service business myself, I know how hard it is to maintain this level of quality day in and day out—and these guys do it effortlessly. Highly recommend
