  Inez was very kind and helpful. I was not prepared to ship my stuff to my grandson, and she helped me with a box and getting it properly addressed and sent off. I really appreciated her patience. I will definitely be back

  Ryan at the UPS Store on Wilkinson Blvd gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I came in on my fourth attempt to send an international package and was already frustrated with the process. Ryan warned me ahead of time that tariffs could significantly increase the shipping cost, even though he couldn’t give me an exact estimate before starting. He still took the time to go through the long and complicated process knowing there was a chance I might not ship it at all if the price ended up being too high. He was incredibly patient while I searched for customs information I needed and never once gave me attitude, even though I was clearly annoyed with the situation. What stood out most was how careful he was with my personal information, making sure it wasn’t being shared out loud in a room full of people. The process itself was frustrating, but Ryan handled everything professionally and made the experience so much better. Great customer service and I definitely recommend this location.
