  I had a very nice experience this morning with Jordan, extremely friendly and knowledgeable as I had a lot of questions. I don't do well with shipping packages. She offered more than adequate help. This will always be my go to place as I have just moved to town and hopefully see Jordan again. for assistance in any questions I have thank you 💯

  The young, indian male who seems to be the only one at this location is extremely rude & lacks customer service. He is on the phone laughing and joking with friends & doesn't even acknowledge customers walking in to handle translations. When you walk in, he continues doing whatever he's doing & will only come to the front after hes finished & trust me, he is taking his sweet time doing so with no rush or care for the fact that people are waiting for assistance from him. He doesn't even acknowledge you with a 'hello' when you walk in.A total disregard for people's money & time. This location seems to lack employees with proper customer service & professionalism. I'd suggest whoever the manager is at this location, hire an entirely new staff & have them undergo weeks long training classes. Being the only location close by, please do better!

  This UPS store is very nice and well kept. Ms. Shirley was very kind and customer service friendly. She guided me through my return process with such detail and made it easy. I will definitely use them again for any shipping needs.
