  I went to this location this morning to have something notarized and sent overnight. Unfortunately, I was met first thing with an extremely rude woman with an attitude, who acted as if I was a nuisance before I could even hand over my documents. I immediately left bc of such poor customer service and how I was spoken to/treated. I went down the road to Providence Rd location and was treated with kindness, respect and fantastic customer service. Even though I live closer to this location, I'll be using Providence Rd location moving forward.

  Misty is always so bubbly, friendly, and helpful! She does an amazing job multitasking and works hard to make sure customers get in and out as quickly as possible. She also keeps everyone informed if there are any delays, which is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Misty, for your excellent customer service…you always make the experience pleasant.
