  I had an excellent experience today at the UPS Store thanks to Ravi. He took the time to explain the best option for what I needed and ended up saving me from paying for something I didn’t need. Honest, efficient, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!

  I’m so excited to have a new UPS Store open nearby! It is such a convenient addition to the area, and the store is clean and welcoming. Ravi, the owner, is wonderful. He is friendly, helpful, and clearly cares about providing great service to the community. I’m so glad this location opened and will definitely be using it often!

  I stopped in to have some flyers printed and I was greeted with a pleasant smile from Ravi and his expertise to make our flyer better! He offered promote our Juneteenth event on the community board which was the cherry on top! This store is definitely needed in this area. Welcome to the neighborhood!

  Brand new location. Came in to do a drop off return and was so impressed by the welcoming customer service and ease of the process. I was in and out within 5 minutes. I’m so glad that there is a nearby UPS store in Noda now! I even enjoyed some complimentary treats in celebration of their grand opening. Will definitely utilize their services again.

  Excellent UPS Store! The location is convenient and easy to access. The service was fast, efficient, and I was in and out quickly. My return QR code didn’t scan properly, but Ravi, the owner, went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. Highly recommend this location!
