  Ravi is always so helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. This is my favorite ups store to shop at. They remember your name when you walk through the door. Ravi and staff are great additions to the noda neighborhood. For all shipping and printing needs we will not go anywhere else.

  I needed a medical package delivered an I couldn't get it done because it was Sunday so I was told to bring it back an it was delivered

  I received a note for a failure to deliver that I had to pick up at this location. The store must have lost my package because they claim it's not there. On another visit to the store The staff do not know the basic notary law. I brought in a DMV form to get notarized MVR-4. And they tell me they can't notarize it that I have to go to the DMV.

  Ravi was EXCELLENT to work with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. When doing business in Charlotte, I know I can depend on Ravi's UPS location for my needs.

  I have been to this UPS location a few times, and the staff member was extremely rude, unprofessional, and aggressive. The first time came, and he literally yelled at me in a aggressive tone, telling me to "HURRY UP" just because I was taking two seconds to turn up my phone brightness for the QR code. After I raised a customer service concern previously, he clearly tried to retaliate against me during my last visit. When no other customers were around, he arbitrarily claimed my pre-packaged box could not be shipped. However, as soon as other customers walked in, he completely flipped his story and accepted it—proving he was just deliberately making things difficult for me. NEVER return to this store If you want certain hassle-free service and staff who actually follow UPS protocols
