  (June 28, 2026) If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered from ubereats at like 6pm. I got 6inch meatball sandwich which the first sandwich is fine even tho I did put TOASTED. And it was NOT toasted at all… THEN the second sandwich I ordered a CHICKEN TERIYAKI sandwich with lettuce, tomato, jalapeño peppers, onion, I even got that one TOASTED too, Of course as per usual it wasn’t…so when I opened the second one I bit into the sandwich and I noticed for one it wasn’t hot, 2 it was light and 3 when I bit into it outcomes a small either white or blonde hair…..🤮🤮 so I take it out and I got disgusted and all I saw inside the sandwich was some sort of beef and one slab of bacon which tasted awful as if it wasn’t cooked right and made me almost puke and left a bad taste in my mouth…. Like how hard is it to do your job and follow directions??? Whoever was working today NEEDS to be fired for making the orders WRONG and for the HAIR in my food….

  this young man with dark curly hair took great care of me and my family, great customer service and made the food extra well. even when my daughter asked to change something after he had made it he did not hesitate to adjust it to what she wanted.
