  The lady is extremely rude and arrogant. She acts irritated all the time. Others staff are good and humble. I have ordered here more than 50 times.

  I wish I could rate 0stars. I always come to this location cause I work close to here I did an online order for a salad and a chocolate chip cookie. I arrived to the store with no one at the counter waited before someone came from the back and asked was I the online order and what kind of cookie do I want cause they are out of chocolate chip cookies. I picked another he handed me my bag and hurried back to the back. I got back to work to realize most of my toppings were not on my salad and the lettuce was old tried calling the store back but something is wrong with the phone . Went back to the store and waited again for someone to greet me and explained my complaint and watched two people open the salad inspect it shake it up put their face close in the food and asked me if I wanted some oil and vinegar packets for my salad . No apology no urgency to correct the matter or remake my food . I will not be returning ! I asked the managers name and the guy acted like he didn’t want to give it to me . Train your employees better. Doing your job and making sure every meal is made correctly is more important . Especially when I paid for the food ! Do better !

  (June 28, 2026) If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered from ubereats at like 6pm. I got 6inch meatball sandwich which the first sandwich is fine even tho I did put TOASTED. And it was NOT toasted at all… THEN the second sandwich I ordered a CHICKEN TERIYAKI sandwich with lettuce, tomato, jalapeño peppers, onion, I even got that one TOASTED too, Of course as per usual it wasn’t…so when I opened the second one I bit into the sandwich and I noticed for one it wasn’t hot, 2 it was light and 3 when I bit into it outcomes a small either white or blonde hair…..🤮🤮 so I take it out and I got disgusted and all I saw inside the sandwich was some sort of beef and one slab of bacon which tasted awful as if it wasn’t cooked right and made me almost puke and left a bad taste in my mouth…. Like how hard is it to do your job and follow directions??? Whoever was working today NEEDS to be fired for making the orders WRONG and for the HAIR in my food….

  this young man with dark curly hair took great care of me and my family, great customer service and made the food extra well. even when my daughter asked to change something after he had made it he did not hesitate to adjust it to what she wanted.
