  Ordered a tuna sub meal with cookies and sauce on the side online. When I arrived, they handed me the sub, but forgot the drink, cookies, sauce, and literally everything else. I specifically asked LESS pepper, and they gave me more pepper than tuna itself. I will never go back to this location. Awful.

  The owner makes the best sandwich 98 percent on cleanliness and the staff is always friendly and makes the best sandwiches also I always come here never disappoint

  These people suck especially the chubby Hispanic girl that was there at 11 am today. They lack customer service and communication skills. We weren’t acknowledged until my boyfriend greeted them which was after waiting about 5 minutes of us looking at them. Then they didn’t have white bread available so I said Italian herbs & cheese was fine , but it was burnt! We then opt for something else. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

  My steak was watered down and over cooked. I was sooooo disapointed. I got two foot longs to go.😤😭🤬😠🤮🤮💩. Waste of money. USUALLY they are great. I am 100 percent sure it was just this location. Eastway drive location in the Food lion parking lot.
