  I dont entertain places that skip you, especially after telling another customer the line starts behind me, then continue to take his order as im standing there.

  Maybe your employees should spend less time playing on their phones and more time helping customers. Multiple occasions I have come into this location only to leave frustrated and empty-handed because the employees are slacking off and checking their social media on the clock while there is a line of people waiting. Unacceptable.
