This is the 2nd time I received a sub with barely no meat. I thought it was just me but based on the other reviews other people are having the same issue.

If there is option I can give 0 stars. There was little to no meat at all in my sandwich. Worst experience, wouldn’t go back to this place at all.

I can see why this Subway location has such a low rating.
I placed an online order for two Footlong subs and drove about 15 minutes to pick them up. After arriving, the employee informed me that the order had been canceled at the owner’s request. She explained that the owner had instructed staff to cancel orders placed by customers with Indian names when using BOGO Footlong offers. Hearing this was shocking and deeply disappointing.
This behavior suggests discriminatory treatment based on customer names, which is completely unacceptable. In my case, I was picking up food for my pregnant wife, and we were left without a meal after making the trip. We had to go elsewhere, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
This experience was extremely frustrating, and I would not recommend this location based on how customers are treated

The customer service and the delivery of the food that I placed on the online order was excellent. The staff were very helpful for someone with a disability. He was more than happy to help me as it related to my blindness to make sure I could access the self-service soda machines. The food was great, everything was fresh. At least I got to enjoy one last good sub from my days when I lived in Connecticut 30 years ago
