  The worst location I’ve been to and the ratings reflect it. They can barely understand what you’re saying and the subs are made horribly. They act like they don’t care.

  I visited this location specifically to order one of the protein pockets advertised on the in-store menu. I was told the manager instructed employees not to make them for walk-in customers, but that they would prepare the exact same item if I placed an online order. Refusing to sell an advertised menu item to customers ordering in person while requiring an online order is misleading and wastes customers’ time. I even suggested they remove the signage if they aren’t going to honor it for in-store orders. While I was there, I also witnessed employees arguing with another customer over stale cookies. Even after the customer produced their receipt, staff accused them of stealing. The interaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable to watch. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this location.

  This is the 2nd time I received a sub with barely no meat. I thought it was just me but based on the other reviews other people are having the same issue.

  If there is option I can give 0 stars. There was little to no meat at all in my sandwich. Worst experience, wouldn’t go back to this place at all.
