  The sandwich maker is amazing. She just doesn't prepare your meal, she REMEMBERS your order and YOU. When you reenter the door, she knows what to prepare--what bread and condiments you like. I'll ALWAYS get my food here. It's close to home and that level of personalized service is nothing short of AMAZING after a long day at work.

  My first impression was bad as I stood behind a Gentleman placing His order as He shared the topping He wanted... Vinegar Only and She places Oil and Vinegar on the Sub. The Gentleman restated Vinegar only and She completely ignored Him and continued on. As I let Her know that I was here to pick up My order, She stated My order was ready, yet She was just then taking the bread out of the case to make My Sub. 3 Subs were ordered. Mine, ordered toasted was not even that. Why spend hard earned money on a business that has no concern for Customer Service. I should have read the reviews in advance. My Wife just opened up the Subs and what a horrible experience. As stated by others who have spent there money here.... avoid. Find the next nearest location and drive by. Then maybe they will realize that Customers Service matters.
