  Instead of the bag I chose, they gave me the wrong one. When I went to exchange it, their attitude was not pleasant at all. They acted as if it were my fault. I do not recommend it.

  EDIT: Just stopped in my favorite store again and was pleasantly greeted by Asia right by the door. Such a wonderful smile and demeanor. This type of excellent care and service is rare these days. She deserves a promotion, free lunch, gift card - all of the above - something to reward her outstanding dedication to customer satisfaction. Looking forward to seeing you next month Asia! Excellent care and service from Asia today. She has a bright smile, fabulous style, and the most upbeat demeanor, going over and beyond for complete customer satisfaction. Coming from an CSR Manager - Asia is a great attribute to the MK Team!! Hope to see her again my next visit :)
