  This was my first annual review. I think this is an excellent service as your needs may have changed during the year. Sarah was very pleasant, knowledgeable and through. She was instrumental in find savings in both auto and home policy while still proving the necessary coverage I needed. I truly enjoyed working with Sarah. I would recommend anyone to use your company based on the wonderful service I received from Sarah.

  We were paying too much for car and homeowner insurance but was happy with the company but after doing a review, John Rose's Allstate Insurance agency was much cheaper and added a personal connection we didn't have. Lisa Thompson has been great and our premiums have actually gone down after we cut a couple hundred dollars off our previous company.

  My husband and I talked with Trey Johnson today from Allstate. We are elderly now, and Trey went over our policies. I was a benefits manager dealing with IRS regulations in my past employment so am used to details. Trey did a better job of explaining our policy details than I have ever had anything explained to me. He was crystal clear, patient, and so knowledgeable that we had very few questions. What an asset he is to Allstate. I hope the company knows how valuable he is to them.

  I completed a total review of all policies (home, auto, umbrella) with Montana Walker. She listened to all of my insurance needs and questions and provided 5 star customer care to ensure all if my needs were mer at the best possible price.   I am very grateful for this firm and I wish I would have come to them sooner. I worked with Courtney Gray, who is an exceptional insurance agent who truly goes above and beyond. Throughout the entire process, she was responsive, helpful, and incredibly educational. She explained every option clearly and made sure I understood what coverage would best fit my needs. I highly recommend her!
