  They charge you additional handling fee per package you drop off at the Westin FedEx, even if your postage is already paid for. With the Westin construction, it’s best to ask for help or you will get lost in the hotel. Also not much place to park since it’s a hotel. They helped me find one with parking and no handling fees though.

  this is not a comment on the employee who is very polite. But just to drop off a box with a prepaid label they want $10. $10 to literally do nothing. Seems like an obnoxious bit of profiteering for what is sure to be a small amount of yearly revenue but I guess it's the American way. Anyway don't go here for any reason unless you are desperate. I was honestly so annoyed with this after wandering around the hotel looking for the place (which is not easy to find) that I resolved never to stay in this Westin hotel (according to the employee the charge was hotel policy). The JW Marriott's right across the street

  Really wish I read the reviews before wasting my time. Even with a prepaid shipping label they will charge you fees. Spent a half hour between parking and trying to find this place.

  FEDEX CHARGES JUNK FEES. FedEx charges a “convenience” fee to drop off prepaid return packages at their shipping offices. Outrageous. This fee is not disclosed upfront and is additional evidence that the government needs to closely examine FedEx along with hotels/restaurants that engage in junk fee scams. Really disappointing. There is a UPS store right across the street which does not impose junk fees. Will make sure to ship UPS moving forward. FEDEX is actually double dipping if charging customers to take “free” returns that the sellers already paid FedEx to accept. Wonder if all the companies paying FedEx to provide free returns for their customers know that FedEx is also charging customers? So, they are cashing in on both ends.
