  The staff here are friendly. However this is not a normal FedEx and they charge significant receiving and shipping handling fees. These fees are based on weight. Do not go to this FedEx and expect a normal store experience.

  They charge an arbitrary handling fee. Just go to the other one nearby and not waste your time like I did.

  Don't do it! They're unfriendly and charge additional fees. This is not a legit shipping spot. It's a revenue center for the hotel.

  Do Not use... A sur charge will be added by FedEx and agreement with Westin per pound. No disclosure on FedEx web site.
