  Needed to quickly print a seating chart from canva for my daughter's wedding reception, but there was a glitch with online submission. I called ahead, brought my laptop in and Ray, the print specialist at this location, diagnosed the issue, found a workaround and my chart was ready for pickup 24 hours later! The customer service at this location is excellent. Big shout out to the staff here, but especially for Ray and his expertise!

  Went here for an important print job as part of a union application. It was a big order (~500 pages) and mildly complicated/difficult for a few reasons, but Ray at the print counter was very helpful and thorough. He spent time understanding exactly what I needed and why I needed it a certain way, and gave me a new quote every time I changed something so I’d know what I was walking into. He worked within my timeline and called every day with updates, questions to confirm it was done correctly, and suggestions for how to exceed my expectations. It all came out great in the end, and even came out less than the quote. Ray was a great help.

  Very Poor service, the staff is very lethargic and rude. I came with a printed label, which was a punishment as per them. The lady told me to print a receipt and come back in line to give an envelope, not sure why it’s not near self service area!!! She was totally not helpful and talk mellow by doing some other work and won’t even bother to look at you. And goes to next customer
