  Denise at the FedEx on Woodlawn Road went above and beyond for me this evening, and I can’t thank her enough! 💛 I was rushing to prepare for an important job interview and stopped in just before closing to print my résumé and the job description. I was having all kinds of technical issues getting my documents emailed over, and when one of the files previewed completely wonky, Denise never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing her—even though it was closing time. She patiently walked me through everything, let me resend the document after I converted it to a Word file from my phone, and stayed positive, kind, and encouraging the entire time. She truly cared that I left with everything I needed. Before I left, Denise wished me good luck on my interview, and those kind words meant more than she probably realizes. If I end up getting this job, she’ll have played a small but meaningful part in making it happen because she made sure I was able to walk into that interview fully prepared. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Denise is exceptional. She’s patient, compassionate, professional, and genuinely invested in helping people. FedEx is incredibly fortunate to have someone like her representing the company. Thank you, Denise! You absolutely saved me tonight, and your kindness and encouragement won’t be forgotten 🙏🏽

  Wilfred was extremely helpful and resourceful. When I needed both 3-hole punching and coil binding, which the online order form didn’t allow me to select together, he quickly came up with a solution. He printed and punched a test page so we could check the safety area. He was kind and efficient, and he went above and beyond to help.

  I cannot say enough great things about this FedEx! I have printed various items here over the years and the customer service is always wonderful and orders are always completed on time. Aaron and Freddy were so helpful in getting my most recent print order done quickly - I cannot thank this team enough for all their help!

  I thoroughly enjoy going to this park it's very safe there's not much stuff for kids to do but it's a nice place to kick back and chill
