  This store is simply THE BEST! Top notch service with a smile, always happy to help solve any problem - from shipping to print jobs! I will happily drive out of my way to ship/print from this location. Jenifer, Nitza, and the rest of the team make everyone feel welcome and ensure they leave with a smile.

  I'm a regular customer at this location, and Nitza and Jen are the best. They always take the time to answer my questions and make sure my packages get where they need to go, on time. This is a rockstar team!

  I recently visited while Nitza and Jennifer were on duty and if I could give less than a star I would. No greeting, just a highly irritated Nitza demanding to know which barcode she was supposed to scan. She then violently shook the packages, said the packaging wasn’t good enough, snatched boxes cut them open, and huffed and puffed about having to do her job. All within earshot of Jennifer the store manager who did not intervene until Nitza called her over to “tell on us” because we placed back into the box whatever padding (or lack there of) was sent to us. Jennifer suggested she simply put some kind of material in it, as if it was an easy fix. But Nitza was too busy demonstrating her tantrum about being at work to think of it. Then another box was cut open and Nitza immediately said they couldn’t ship it. We then called Jennifer back over and she simply said we can send it but we have to charge you for it. Which we agreed to without a problem. The question remained, why didn’t Nitza offer this? Then another customer came in, who was immediately greeted by Jennifer and her package drop off went seamlessly. Jennifer’s behavior with that customer was entirely different than the Jennifer that dealt with us seconds before. The rest of the review I’ll save for their corporate office, but let’s just say it’s beyond disappointing when individuals treat people as if they’re less than.

  I came in a few weeks ago to have some documents bound and shipped same day - Nitza helped me and truly made this an easy, stress-free experience. I would give her 500 stars if I could!! She reviewed and confirmed all the details with me, so I felt very confident things would go smoothly. Everyone that came in during this time she assisted with a caring professionalism while keeping me updated on the status of my items. I will definitely come back for any shipping needs I have and would recommend this store!
