  Just wanted to let you know that your employees are locking up the store 25 minutes before close and hanging out inside, while customers are lining up outside and waiting to do business. Find better help.

  I am writing to commend Tye and Marco for their outstanding customer service. I was in a rush to print a project during a busy time at the store. Despite the high volume of customers, they were welcoming, patient, and extremely knowledgeable and professional. They handled my request seamlessly and relieved a lot of stress.   Kudos to Brandon who works at this location. He walked me through some emergency prints I needed and had them ready in a matter of hours. I have interacted with lots of FedEx print centers across the nation and Brandon was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. He is a guy you can build your brand around.

  I have been in the customer service industry for many years, and I can honestly say that Marco “Polo” and Lionel “Ritchie” are two of the friendliest, professional, and customer-service oriented individuals that I have encountered at any FedEx location.
