  I was here yesterday 6/14 Sunday. Matt, was an absolute ROCKSTAR! I needed urgent last minute vinyl print signs that needed to replace what we were currently using, I drove around charlotte all morning, calling etc looking for a place that offered printing. Found out fedex offered what i needed. MATT asked all the right questions, and made it happened! His customer service was unmatched, He worked with urgency, and the vinyl signs turned out perfect for what we needed. A big hand in our event, thank you matt!! You were fantastic and was able to calm our stressed out team when they found out you were able to produce our needs!! Thank you thank you!!!! Matt saved the day!!!!

  HUGE Thanks to Joy 🤩 I was able to get my extremely huge wagon returned to the seller with no problem. I really appreciate the quick support and shipping assistance. I will be returning in the future(no pun intended lol) . The staff also had a great vibe that made the atmosphere very welcoming.

  Time after time of coming to this location the customer service is always very bad. I visited this morning to use the print station, it was down. I was not greeted when I entered and stood at the desk for minutes (I was the only customer at the time) before an employee finally looked up from his computer to talk to me. He (African American employee with glasses) still didn’t even come over to approach the part of the counter where I was standing. He refused to move and I felt like I had to shout across the place to tell him what service I needed. I asked if they could print for me since the print station was down and he shared the email to send my documents to. All he had to do was click on the link that I emailed and the document would come up and he could easily print it but I guess that was one too many steps for him. He got an attitude and said he wasn’t going to do it that way. I didn’t have the energy to go back and forth so I simply just said “never mind thank you” and walked out. I won’t be visiting this location again. The location in Southpark is much nicer and friendlier.
