The printers at this location are not working properly however charges are made for services without refund. The customer service line does not connect to a representative. This is clearly an organization that supports the wrong people. Stolen money.

I’ve been to this Kinko’s location several times, and my experiences have ranged from good to just okay. But yesterday, Rebekah really went above and beyond to help me. She was so sweet, compassionate, and pleasant to talk to. Our conversations while she helped me made the whole experience wonderful. Just wanted to give Rebekah a shout-out—keep up the great work! You’re appreciated
