  Horrible service i stood at check out for 20 minutes and not a single person helped me checkout so i ended up leaving without even buying anything

  If I could rate zero I would. The manager started the process then handed over to the assistant. After completing the process he said they are unable to proceed. He gave me a refund that I didn’t ask for, then sent me to a further location where there is no payment machine. He told us payment machines is there..Both of them need training.

  Today I was blessed to experience an encounter with an angel by the name of Rebekah. She is truly the best part of this store. She's heaven sent and a pleasure to work with. She approached me with enthusiasm and a willingness to assist my needs. She helped me fax two documents and shared beautiful words of encouragement. May God continue to bless this beautiful young woman with abundance in every area of her life. She is a treasure to this store and I hope the management knows it. Keep being used by God, Rebekah!   I recently went in to this location to print out a large document for a certification and was so confused about how to get everything done. Essence the customer service agent was so helpful! She took care of everything i needed in a timely manner. She was very polite and made my somewhat difficult task a breeze. :)
