  Ordered a small test batch of double-sided trifold flyers for my small business online. A system issue dropped the second side, but instead of flagging it, the store printed them anyway with a blank inside. When I asked for a fix, the store told me to call customer service. Customer service then called the store on my behalf, only for the store to refuse a reprint or refund. Total runaround. Glad it was just a test batch. I won’t be using FedEx Printing again.

  The manager on duty, Keisha has a nasty attitude. If you dont feel like providing customer service then stay at home.
