  I just came in for some color copies, tried to use the self-service printer, and was sent to be assisted by a “professional.” That person didn't even say hello, printed the copies on both sides, and charged me as if he had printed each sheet separately. I asked him to please print the document again, and he did so in a rude manner. Then I asked about the charges on the bill, and although he “explained” it to me, he did so in a rude manner. No one comes to this place expecting free service. We have to pay for the service, and the least you expect is good customer service and a cheerful attitude when dealing with customers.

  I came in for an express label to be printed and sent off with my title. I was greeted with a very unprofessional and rude assistant manager Zack. I do not recommend coming here.

  This location gave horrible service. The employee was so rude when I tried to explain to her what I needed. She started touching my personal affects without my permission and was very intrusive when asking what I was shipping. I then asked for the smallest box they had, she practically threw the box at me; how was I supposed to tape it up? That is why I was there, for shipping assistance; I will not be back.

  Best fast service. The African American lady who serves/works there do know her job very well and she enjoys her job. I have been there number of times for some package shipping. Last time when I was there for my documents shipping. While handling current customer, she saw my package from distance and she knew what category package it is. She was preparing for my package while request for customer ahead of me was in process. Very efficient and quick service. Same is when I was there for photo printing.
