  I had a great experience at the DHL location in the University area. The store is small and well-organized, which made everything quick and easy. There is a young employee there named Annie who is absolutely amazing. She took great care of my international shipment from the moment I arrived. She simply scanned my label and told me, “You don’t need to worry or do anything else, I will take care of everything for you and prepare it properly.” She handled everything very professionally and made the whole process fast and stress-free. It only took a few minutes, and she made sure my package was properly packaged and ready for international shipping. I really appreciate Annie’s kindness, patience, and excellent customer service. She truly went above and beyond to help me. Definitely a 5-star experience. Thank you! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
