  Very disappointing experience. The station manager seemed more focused on waiting for the end of his shift than actually helping resolve a customer issue. I was repeatedly promised that my perishable shipment would be delivered on July 28, but it never arrived as promised. Despite multiple calls and clear warnings that the food would spoil, no meaningful action was taken. The package eventually arrived spoiled and unusable. Poor customer service, poor follow-through, and no sense of urgency or accountability👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

  Customer service and chat are the worse i have ever experienced in my 20 years as a shipping manager. My 70-thousand-dollar express shipment is showing delivered and signed for by a person who doesn't work here, and all they can say is someone will email me back within 2 hours. This is unacceptable customer service. Your driver delivered to the wrong address, and all you can say is someone will call back. I expected to be placed on a brief hold and for the agent to call the driver to ask where they delivered the packages, to go back and pick them up, and deliver to the correct address. I would not recommend this shipper to my worst enemy.

  Awful experince. They ask us where is the package i was shocked. Employee were slow and then they were confused where my package was. I am not sure how DHL is still in business
