Went on monday to do a return on a case because they gave the incorrect one saying it would fit my phone so when i went in I asked them if i can get a return on my money because it was $70 they asked for the card it was not on me because my husband had it but was out of town they wanted to give me a same case and i told them I didn't wanted that one so I asked if they can order the one i want and they told me the cases i wanted don't exist and i showed a photo of a case and they told me that they can order one but, I told them if I can just get my money back and they told me that I can but to go in on Saturday so i go in and the guy name Diego said i could have my money back so I asked for the managers phone number or if I can have thats in charge and he said no to call until monday to the store because thats when the manager will be there but he also told us that he was the manager.
