The people in the store are nice and over the phone were nice but they don’t honor their deals online or in store. (Mind you I went in the store January 29)There is a promotion to switch to get a iPhone 16 E for $50 and pay two months of your bill. The same deal was promoted in store, and that is the deal that I wanted. A month later a statement is popping up on my portal that I owe $55 when a bill wasn’t supposed to be due until April because I paid two months of my bill when I purchased the phone. The explanation that was given to me was, it was inputted in their system, that I paid for the phone, paid for the taxes on the phone, and paid for only ONE month. That was not what I was told and what is on the promotion. The guy on the phone was understanding, but said he couldn’t do anything because of how it was entered in his system, but that is not my fault because I came in to get the deal for paying for the phone and two months of prepayment, that was it. He said he would only give me a credit if I had paid more!! I didn’t mind having to pay more if I knew I had to pay for the taxes on the phone, the phone the phone itself and the two months of prepayment that would have been absolutely fine, but that is not what I was told or how the promotion is worded.
