  They don't even deserve that one star. My first time with cricket. Bought a new hotspot box. For $120.00 had a 100 gb box was not working they refuse to give me a new box. And this was before the 7 day period. The man in the store was trying to scam me for Moore money after the fact and said he had got me a new box. 5 days later said all the data was gone. I always read the fine print. No streaming and all that . So they refuse to give me a new box and still was asking for money. Never ever get service from them scam scam scam. I'm trying to get someone to help with a law suit.
