  My phone broke and i came to get a new one and there was two ladies that did the best job. They let me know that they had an promotion available for my account and they helped me get all set up. There names was lawonne and Amalia. I can't thank you enough really. I'm so happy with this company. Can't wait to see them again. Thanks again ladies.

  hola de la linea y tienda todo calida pero lo que si me puede caer mal llegar y que lo traten mal la atencion al cliente en esta tienda pésimo la chica que estava atendiendo para nada amble en ves de ayudar alos clientes los decepciona de una vez

  Worst customer service ever! The store manager tried to argue with me because I expressed dissatifaction in their service. We went to three stores. One store had zero phones in stock. The first store we could not get service because one of the two people working had to count inventory. I would rather not have any phone than to use Cricket.
