I switched to cricket from metro and the customer service was excellent. Luz and Jackie helped me get a discounted IPhone 16e and fully protect my phone. I will be coming back!

Young lady inside with an accent wasn’t helpful at all every time I asked about something she said the price would be over $200 no details or anything so I left and came the next day in hopes of speaking to someone else and when I arrived she was outside smoking and didn’t come in behind us until minutes later and told us the same thing and when I asked for price breakdowns and details she seemed annoyed and was very rude. Didn’t get her name but she was a lady with an accent with long black hair. This location needs more helpful employees that are willing to do the job they applied for
