  Mr. Herlam has been a huge help to a girl trying to make simple car repairs. On yesterday, he assisted me with determining where my cigarettes fuse were located from the three fuse boxes in an Infiniti. He was very patient and knowledgeable of the exact location. Normally, he is my go-to-person. Although he is young, don’t let the youth fool you. I have seen him assist and direct his colleagues on what to do. He is respected among his colleagues. Mr. Herlam has studied his craft VERY well, takes pride in assisting customers, and gives 100% of himself. When I need a part, I always go to Advanced Auto Parts in South Blvd. He is a tool and an asset to this location!! Thank you Herlam for you lr assistance!!!!

  Herlam was great. I needed a batteries for my GMC Sierra HD Denali and he installed them like he could do it in his sleep. Great customer service. Really thankful for his work!!

  Came in to this location thinking I need a new battery on a car. Herlam came out and did a battery test after cleaning a significant amount corrosion. The tests came back ok for both the battery and the alternator and Herlam even went ahead and added some protective sealant on the battery. Highly recommended.

  Herlam was kind, professional and provided me with 5 star customer service. A fuse had blown in my car which caused many of my internal lights to stop working. He found the bad fuse, replaced it with a good one and helped me purchase the tool I needed. He is an asset to this location.
