  A couple of weeks ago, my kid caught a screw in her tire. I stopped and grabbed a plug kit at the Advance Auto on Sunset. Got home, and the plugs were a gooey mess that couldn't be used. I ended up taking the now completely flat tire OFF the car and taking it to get plugged, costing time and money, I should have saved. I brought this back today, and they flat put refused to refund me. Pitiful service. Highly unprofessional and downright unacceptable to treat a repeat customer like that over a $10.99 product that cost less than 2 bucks wholesale. It's easy to go .5 mile down the street to O'Reilly from now on.

  Slowest check out ever! They laugh and joke with customers instead of move the line around. Waited 20 mins with 2 customers in front of me.

  2022 RAM 3500 they refuse to replace batteries so I had to do it myself at parking lot 20 minutes. Their statement of we will install batteries for free is not accurate.

  The staff was very rude and unprofessional. They gave me the wrong part would not exchange the park or refund any money. I would never go there again or recommend anyone go there.😢

  A new young man in training tried help me with mom Honda Accord battery issue but then asked senior Associate Christina for further help which she did best of her knowledge very professional and explained me in simple terms what was going and solved. My mom lives Wilkinson Blvd area and we drove to this location store because we had good customer service experience before I hope store manager and district manager give them kudos.
