  I truly cannot say enough about the experience I had at this Auto Advance location, especially because of Enzo and Dirk. I came in needing help and was honestly nervous to even ask for assistance. Enzo immediately made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and like it was completely okay to ask for help. His customer service skills were phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me understand everything. He was even able to look up information about my own car in the system that I had no idea about and showed me everything so I would know for the future. What impressed me most was how perceptive he was. He picked up on the social cues that I needed help but was hesitant to ask, and he assisted me without ever making me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable. I genuinely felt like I could cry because of how kind and patient they were with me during a moment when I was already nervous about asking for help. Dirk was also incredibly kind and willing to assist, and both of them made the entire experience so much better than I expected. As a customer, moments like this make you remember that there are still people who genuinely care about providing good service. Enzo and Dirk are a reflection of what I would hope a company like Auto Advance stands for. I truly hope their management recognizes them because employees like this are the reason customers come back. I will absolutely be returning to this store, and I will happily recommend it to anyone who needs assistance. Auto Advance should be proud to have employees like Enzo and Dirk representing the company.
