  From the moment I needed assistance, the interaction was unnecessarily argumentative and unprofessional behavior. I was attempting to return a car cover that I had purchased elsewhere after their website said that it would fit my vehicle in store, but it didn’t. I accepted they might not be able to accept the return since it was opened and purchased at another location. What I didn’t accept was the way I was treated. While I was waiting for assistance prior to the denial, the employees (specifically Anna causing the exchange) were arguing with a coworker in front of me about whose numbers would work to process the return. (Mind you my hands have a Size 4 carcover and an unopened box the entire time.) After finishing their bickering, they then manage to tell me they couldn’t help. The older gentleman asked me to wait at the counter so I did. The employee Anna continued to have an attitude towards me. She stood nearby rolling her eyes and making dismissive faces while I was trying to address the situation with her coworker. I did not remain respectful and explained that my issue was not simply the return policy, it was the attitude and lack of professionalism I experienced while trying to get help. All i asked for was “your” name and the managers name to take it to corporate. The interaction became confrontational once she walked away and I still had no names. After said confronting her again, she seemed overly excited to give me Tyleeks number which tell me they don't reprimand anyone. ( and yes, i made this comment to her) Thats why she felt so freely to have such a poor attitude with her coworker and customer! I do think refusing to take my return due to “no manager “ sounds like a Tyleek issue. Their should be a lead that has the ability to handle any situation on their days off. Another advanced asked me NO QUESTIONS AND RETURNED IT. As a customer what I do expect is basic courtesy, professionalism, and respectful communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.” Anna is WAY too comfortable and needs retrained.

  People there were very nice but were having a bad day with miserable people. I tried offering them a soda or a snack but they said they were okay.

  Tyleek was such a sweetheart, even in the heat. He took the time to help me put on my windshield wipers and top off my washer fluid, which I really appreciated. The store felt clean, well stocked, and had such a friendly vibe. I’d definitely come back again!
