  After experiencing an awful customer service at another UPS store(1818 M.L.K. Jr Blvd ) I brought my shipping item here. The experience there was completely different. The staff here were friendly and professional. The lady who helped me patiently explained the difference between shipping an unpackaged item and dropping off a sealed box. She gave helpful suggestions on the best shipping method and carefully wrapped my folder with multiple layers of bubble wrap to protect it. It was truly excellent customer service. It’s easy to see why this location has much better Google reviews. I highly recommend going to the Elliott Road UPS Store instead of 1818 MLK Jr Blvd one, if you want professional and respectful service and don’t want your day ruined by poor customer service.

  I’ve been a customer here since 2012 — including when this store was at its previous location — which makes this morning’s experience especially disappointing. For many years, what set this store apart was exceptional customer service. You could walk in and be greeted by name. The staff made you feel recognized and valued, and that personal touch is exactly why I chose to open a mailbox here in the first place. Unfortunately, when I learned that my account had lapsed sometime within the past year, the interaction with the manager felt indifferent. There didn’t seem to be much interest in finding a solution or retaining a customer of nearly 14 years. As a result, I decided to cancel my account. Perhaps it was just an off day, we all have those, but it was surprising given the level of service this location used to provide. I truly hope they can return to the customer-focused approach that once made them stand out.

  I have come to this store several times and am always pleased at the high level of service. Andre has helped me in printing, scanning, and notarizing almost every time and is always kind and efficient. I really appreciate Andre's service!

  Came in to get a document notarized and was immediately greeted by Claudia! Spectacular customer service. Christie very quickly and so professionally notarized my document in no time and got me on my way. Will definitely be coming back!
