  I needed to ship a package to a great friend of my who’s currently deployed in Korea. The process was overwhelming, because this is my first time shipping internationally. However, I was very grateful for the assistance I received from the staff at this store. They made the process easier than anticipated and provided me with helpful suggestions to ensure timely arrival. Superstars!

  The African American gentleman was very rude and sassy, I tried saying good morning how are you and he cut me off then I tried explaining that I have an Amazon return and he cut me off again. He was trying to rush me and seemed bothered to help me.. its insane that the day JUST started and he’s already in a horrible mood.

  I had an excellent experience compared to other UPS Stores I’ve visited. The young lady working on Saturday, did an outstanding job assisting customers and handling each situation with patience and professionalism. She was courteous, helpful, and made the experience very pleasant. I truly appreciate the great customer service and wanted to recognize her for a job well done.

  The staff was super friendly—the best customer service. They helped me as soon as I arrived; everyone was so helpful—thank you very much. However, the phone-based customer service is a different story; I find it bad—terrible, actually. But the staff at this specific store? They are the best
