I would give Hakeem 10 stars if I could! He was so incredibly helpful when I was trying to replace my car battery. Not only did he loan out the correct size sockets for me to use, but he gave me a pair of gloves as well. On top of all this, he stepped out of the store periodically to make sure all was going well and even spent some time with me outside explaining how various parts of the car work as well. If you ever make a trip here, I hope you have the pleasure of being helped by Hakeem!

Teidra was amazing!! She was very patient and knowledgeable of everything. She explained the parts and tools I needed and why I needed them. She even helped me when the other staff wasn’t around. Moving forward I’ll be using this store more and recommending this store because of her and the exceptional experience I had buying what I needed for my car.

Great store. I had a dead car battery and a hugely busy day ahead. My neighbor was able to give me a jump and while my wife frantically looked for local repair shops who possibly might be able to fit us in, I remembered Advanced Auto Parts. I made a call, and Hakeem told me they had the proper batter, and will install it, and to bring it on over. Total elapsed time from in the parking lot to out with a new battery...30 minutes! Outstanding team. I'll be going back for all parts and auto needs.

Adam went above and beyond to help me replace my battery. Although my car didn’t have the structure to allow him to replace it, he made sure I was set up with an affordable option to have it done in the area. He genuinely cared about making sure I was set up with the best, cheapest and most efficient option. He was also very kind and easy to work with.
