When I have interactions with the staff, they are always friendly and polite. The self service return station is very convenient. That all for the store itself. The parking lot is another matter. It is very small and cramped. I’m guessing the person who designed that lot obviously drove a Mini Cooper and know there are larger vehicles on the road. Individual stalls are good, but the lanes between the rows of stalls are narrow and trying to a proper approach angle is all but impossible for full size trucks, SUVs and cars.

The Cedar Point UPS Store is the best! Seriously the best! Everyone there is so friendly. And also they've been extremely helpful and patient with me, as I'm not good at finding the Amazon return codes on my phone. The girls who work there in the afternoon have gone out of their way to help me with this, I'm so very appreciative of their kindness. And also I've never felt rushed or have had any issues with the wait-times.
