  Ordered one turkey and one tuna sub, wife came home with two tunas - called and girl said we could come back and bring receipt - when i started to explain that that was not possible due to our schedule and that I just wanted to ask to pay attention in the future, she hung up on me! I am an Critical Care Flight Nurse and if folks in my profession make a sig error, peoples lives are at stake - would like to see other people take ownership for what they do in their job and provide me the same service as a customer. 07.18.26 @ 1130hrs - Castle Hayne NC

  Last 3 times they have been out of at least one item for the sandwhich I choose. If there is more than 1 person in line plan on 30 minutes for a sandwhich.. SLOW!

  How this location is still in business is a mystery to me. Every time I've gone there's only one employee working so it takes forever to get a sub. The owner is clearly just trying to save money by only having to pay one employee at a time. I'll drive ten minutes out of the way to go to another Subway that's properly staffed.

  Of all of the Subways in the Wilmington area this one is the slowest and the lightest on ingredients. They are very stingy with the vegetables and have to be asked to add extra. This does not happen at other Subway's. Also this is the slowest Subway I have ever seen.
