Last 3 times they have been out of at least one item for the sandwhich I choose. If there is more than 1 person in line plan on 30 minutes for a sandwhich.. SLOW!

How this location is still in business is a mystery to me. Every time I've gone there's only one employee working so it takes forever to get a sub. The owner is clearly just trying to save money by only having to pay one employee at a time. I'll drive ten minutes out of the way to go to another Subway that's properly staffed.

Sharon F…you were AWFUL to the elderly man in line in front of me. He was reading his daughter’s order to you and you were horrible to him. Refusing to give him extra mayo, calling him out when he made a mistake about pepper vs onion…if I was your manager you would be fire immediately!!!!! Not to mention customers walked out waiting on you to stop being rude. You have no decency at all. Subway…hire better people!

Of all of the Subways in the Wilmington area this one is the slowest and the lightest on ingredients. They are very stingy with the vegetables and have to be asked to add extra. This does not happen at other Subway's. Also this is the slowest Subway I have ever seen.
