If I could give zero stars I would! This location is horrible! They are notorious for not having orders ready (even when you order well in advance online & the store is EMPTY with no customers). My review today is based on a horrible experience WHILE TWO MANAGERS were sitting in the restaurant so if I had this bad of an experience while the women working there knew their bosses were there, good luck to anyone else.
I scheduled my pickup order for noon, I walked in at 11:58am, & received NO hello, No smile, just "what's your name". I told her & I also saw that my name was on the customer board saying "saucing & tossing" so I figured that while my order is AGAIN going to be late (no customers in the place & only 1 other name on the board AFTER mine), no big deal.
The woman very tersely says, "we have to drop your order into the fryer now". So, I smiled & said, "no problem" even though I was thinking to myself, "why are they just putting my food into the fryer NOW when it's supposed to be READY NOW & the customer board says, "saucing & tossing".
In any event, I'm patiently waiting & I see them "drop" fries & chicken into the fryer, but when it was done, it wasn't mine. The 2 women working kept STARING ME DOWN & then laughing to each other while looking at me! Then I saw them "drop" more food into the fryers so I'm thinking, "ok, it's now 10 minutes late already & it's Father's Day and I don't want to be late for my other plans but this must be my food that will be next up...BUT again, it wasn't my food and there were NO customers in the place other than me!". No apology, nothing. The woman "working" the cashier area was just chatting in the cooking area while again, staring me down! What is wrong with these workers???? I mean, if you don't want to work there, QUIT!!!!
While I was STILL waiting there, I noticed that although there weren't ANY customers, 2 women were having a meeting at a table in the back. I heard the word Wingstop when they were talking so I approached them & sure enough, it was a manager & a district manager (who saw me patiently waiting all that time). I explained what was happening & I asked them to please cancel my order & refund me because I don't know why the women are staring me down & laughing at me and why they keep "dropping food into the fryers but it's never mine" when there are no other customers or orders on the customer board. I told them that perhaps, the women staring me down were doing something bad to my food. Both managers were very kind & apologetic and one went to talk to the 2 women "working", however, they didn't cancel my order & it was handed to me at 12:18pm by the manager, no apology from the 2 women. Both managers agreed that they observed me there the entire time & they saw that I was being kind & they had no explanation for why the women were staring me down & then laughing to each other. All they said was that "we will speak to them about customer service" and when I said, "I don't understand how this location can run because it's completely empty & I've been waiting 20 minutes on an order that I placed online so how do they handle busy times?" Again, the managers were very kind, however, they just told me that the location was in "transition", however, I've been giving this location 3rd & 4th chances over the YEARS & it's just awful.
In any event, I will NEVER waste my money at this location again. I'm also going to file a complaint with their Corp. office because if their employees can't treat paying customers kindly & not stare them down & make them feel VERY uncomfortable, they shouldn't be working at a reputable nationwide company (even if it is owned by franchisee's).
I wasn't given a refund as requested so I threw the food away once I left because the way the 2 women were acting was way too "suspect" for me to eat the food they prepared for me.
Again, this is what happened while the workers KNEW that 2 of their managers were sitting at a table having a meeting! So, imagine what goes on when there is no supervision.
