  Michael was awesome!! He explained how to do my TikTok shop return. They had all the materials for me there -- it was so easy. As someone who loves to online shop -- they make the worst part (returning packages) a painless process. Great service!

  Extremely disappointing customer service. The employee who assisted me was incredibly unfriendly and dismissive. She spoke in a flat, irritated manner the entire time, as if helping a customer was an inconvenience to her. What made the experience even worse was that she did not explain the situation clearly at all. I asked questions because I genuinely did not understand what she was trying to tell me, but instead of giving a clear explanation, she responded with an impatient and unpleasant attitude. I left feeling more confused than when I walked in. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but basic communication and courtesy are part of customer service. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable simply for asking questions about a service they are paying for. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a UPS Store. I would strongly recommend going to another location if you have the option.
