  10/1/2026 I was told by plenty of colleagues from my job to go to Subway in Cary here near the Bass Pro shop whenever I’m in town I wanna say out of all the subways that I’ve been to throughout the state I give this on 10+ service as well as food we will be back every time I come through.

  We pulled up at 8:35pm and tried to grab the door two employees were just sitting at tables on they phones I knocked on window to ask if they where closed the lady said something to the boy and he put his head down then looked up and just stared at us I’m not sure if this how this location always runs business but you should change your hours of operation to 8:30pm instead of people wasting gas to come and you close a whole 30mins early below I attached the pictures

  I had a great experience at this Subway! The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The staff were also wonderful—especially a very kind young lady named Millie and a young man who I believe was named Jovan. They were both friendly, polite, and provided excellent customer service. My sandwich was great, and I really appreciated how welcoming they were. Highly recommend this location!

  The best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. My sandwich was absolutely amazing and the worker was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I understand that working in the food industry can take a toll on a person, but Davidson was the epitome of customer service. He interacted with my wife, son, and I as if we were family. He even took the time to let my son order his own sandwich, and explained to him how the entire process works. Our 7 year old thought it was the coolest thing ever. I can’t say enough about this gentleman. I rarely say this, as I don’t know what others make, but that man deserves a hell of a raise! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
